Glad to see that the courts in Russia have some sense! I knew that AllofMP3 was operating in total compliance with Russia's IP laws at the time it was operating, and perhaps would be even now!

Everyone is just so quick to jump into other's business and call bullshit. Do some research first before raising a flag and disallowing this company to make money legitimately. They have lost a lot of revenue because of this whole cluster fuck.

This is great news. AllofMP3 is just the best site I know for MP3 Music. I am glad that the russian court has given such a positive signal. I am willign to pay for music but it should be fair and I do not want to be criminalised nor penalised by enervating DRM restrictions. I will be glad to see AllofMP3 back online.

I agree with everyone here, that AllOfmp3 RULES over all other forms of LEGAL music download acquisition (especially that notion of "screw iTunes and their 99¢/song ripoff prices), and I too am very pleased to hear that the site will be back up and running! Their prices cannot be beat, and the user-friendly ease of navigation of the site makes it that much better! The selection of artists and catalog is among the best I have seen anywhere. As a recording artist I can tell you first hand that the money made by digital downloads is going to the services, not the musicians. Most download companies charge 99 cents per song while the artist who actually made the music only gets a few cents...often less that one penny per song.... some companies only pay nine hundredths of a cent for listening download.....

Hooray! One day the middle man, the recording studios, they will all disappear. There will only be the artist, and the artist's fans, as it should be.

Wow Mic lewis (64), that's a bit weird. Allofmp3, Mp3sparks and Alltunes are all the same company, with the same catalog and the same account balance and the same login. Saying you won't buy from them until they change their name back is...well...weird.

I adore AllofMP3 and I want this to be the best site of digital music.
But I insist, the administrators of the service should charge a little more per each song or file downloaded (80 cents of dollar seems fair to me). I suppose that, if it occur, the copyright owners and the credit card companies would support the site and the service. We can't loose AllofMP3. This is the unique LEGAL digital music store available worldwide. Consumers of various nations buy from AllofMP3. Please, proprietors and administrators of the site and service, allow us to continue buying good Music from yourselves taking yourselves wise decisions. How can a composer, an artist or one copyright owner be satisfied with one small percentage of 10 or 20 cents of dollar per song ? It's impossible. Charge 80 cents of dollar per song/file, establish fair percentages or proportions to distribute such money (AllofMP3, copyright owners, Russian Govern or Russian Institution), make everyone happy and give long life to AllofMP3. @ ndny - Allofmp3 never really went away! If you go to www.alltunes.com and click on the Balance Refill, you should be able to log in with your old AOMp3 passwords, and see your AOMp3 credit is still there. You can't buy music through alltunes unless you install their Download Manager (which is free and very good), but you can go to www.mp3sparks.com (which is the new name for allofmp3) and you may be able to log in there with the same passwords. If you can't, or if you have problems putting credit on your account, the nice people at the support forum www.aom3.org/forum/ can sort it out for you. See post #60 above.

There are many rock fans in Latin America that are waiting to buy great digital music at allofmp3.com (me included). I think that you must to include in your site more authentic music like: blues, classic rock, progressive rock and heavy metal and less pop, dance, hip-hop and all kind of trash (no thrash) music.

No problems logging on to MP3Sparks using allofmp3.com details. Theres still a helluva lot of music available but I can't seem to download an album in its entirety. I can choose an album for download but I can only clik on an individual song and dowload each track. I seem to remember being able to just select the album and download it. Does anyone know of a fix for this? no answer in FAQ that I could find...

I see a lot of people posting are asking when the site will be back up and running. The first time I visited this blog I followed the advice of logging in to MP3sparks---> no problem. Had an issue with only being to download one track at a time. I logged on again and posted a comment on the 25th September. Solaris kindly pointed out that I needed to download ALLTUNES, the download manager, to enable me to download albums and voila, no more problem. The site IS back up and running, its just called ALLTUNES now. Follow Solaris's advice above if you have a problem logging in. I personally had no problem and its business as usual.

I love it. Big music industries have the right to get cheap service from China and India while they try to ban us from getting the same advantage electronically from Russia. Just want to let you all know that this is probably the most fair service that I've seen and if they manage to shut this down then I give all rights to people downloading music from peer to peer for free. What other options is left? Paying 1$ to itunes? F' no. If USA would only wake up and realize that due to revolution of the digital world people expect a drop in prices of cd's and songs. It doesn't cost itunes a penny to duplicate its library of purchased songs so why are we paying 1$ here when in russia it's 0.09$? Because big cooperations are thinking of their own profit. But mark my word, just as Amazon started to sell tracks at 0.89$ the prices will fall. Untill they realize that the market price is way over the demand price.

Addition to my earlier comment above under the name "Tin". It doesn't seem to be business as usual because you cant recharge with visa. It seems the big boys have managed to get Visa to block alltunes...Perhaps a name change to "allsongs" and if we are quick enough we can recharge our accounts before it gets blacklisted by Visa again.

That new website says that "in the event that we are unable to provide you our service, you can get a refund", but I haven't figured out how to do any similar thing based on this site.

Training to become a commercial pilot can be a very complicated, expensive,

ground training expense.

Minimum flight hours required for CPL Part 141 is 190 hours total and CPL
part 61 is 250 hours. It is rare to see a student pilot finishing CPL Part
141 in 190 hours. Most will take 225 hours or more. Be wary of flight
schools that quote low priced CPL programs based on minimum FAA 141 ground
and flight training hour requirements.

Ground and San Diego Flight Training required to complete Licenses /Ratings
will vary by student. It is extremely rare to see students complete courses
under Part 141 minimum ground and flight hour requirements. Students who
exceed 141 minimums are often unpleasantly surprised by the additional
ground and flight hours necessary for them to finish. AFTS pilot packages
are based on average student pilot hours required to complete courses. This
